Miss Millie Mackintosh

I have made no secret of the fact that I believe that Millie Mackintosh is perfect in every way, ranging from her openness about her beliefs and her amazing sense of style. Style is not something that can be defined and is really a case of one to its own, but for me, Millie looks amazing always.
One thing that I adore is that even though she is from a very wealthy family (owners of Quality Street), she still shops at high street brands such as Topshop and Zara which enables the less affluent amongst us to actually be able to buy things that she wears!
Millie has recently started a style diary on her website http://millie-mackintosh.com/style-diary/ and I decided to write about what she wore! I highly recommend visiting her website as she lists where each item is from, which is very helpful!

Look One

Look 2

Both of her above looks are so classy that if I was to see her on the street I would probably stare, but in a good way. The simple and chic aspect of each outfit is just so perfect. The first outfit is my favourite especially as it is such a vibrant pop of colour for a season that is typically associated with darker, more sombre tones. However, the pairing of it with the fur neck warmer and knee high boots do come into play with winter, reminding us that it is cold out! To be honest, minus the tights and fur, that outfit could be worn in summer as well! But one thing, not many can pull of knee high boots without looking trashy but Millie looks fabulous and definitely represents the classiness associated with being a Chelsea girl.

The second look seems to definitely be a winter look with the dark colours, however yet again Millie has used a skirt that would normally be worn without tights for a warmer climate. She does this yet again through her addition of a jumper and coat, which made it perfect for winter. I love the layered effect she has created with her necklace, the collar of her shirt and finally her jumper, it just provides a unique element that the flash of white provides; brightening up the whole outfit. I am a huge fan of monochromatic outfits so this look completely floats my boat!

Millie Mackintosh by Hanna Hillier

Good Evening! I know that I haven't been posting as regularly as I should have been but school has been preoccupying my time. I have made a vow to post at least twice a week, however, this is most likely to be at the weekends. Sorry folks!
Some of you may be aware that some photos have surfaced of the lovely Camillia "Millie" Mackintosh taken by the talented Hanna Hillier. These have to be my favourite photos of Miss Mackintosh that I have seen in a very long time as she hasn't been sporting that god-forsaken pout that she so often wears. But anyways, below are the photos!

I personally adore all the photos, and my favourite outfit has to be the blue pencil dress. It really emphasises Millie's fantastic physique!

Millie Mackintosh for Lipsy's VIP Collection

I simply adore Miss Mackintosh on a whole and I was overjoyed when I realised that she was to be the face of Lipsy's VIP Collection! What better advertising to have than an actual VIP as the face of the collection!
According to Lipsy, the 17-piece collection has been designed to suit every figure and style whilst still reflecting the latest styles.

The images from the line are as below:

I completely adore all the styled outfits and love Millie, however I absolutely despise that pout she wears in every single photo. I can't stand it and am actually surprised that a Lipsy representative hadn't picked up on it sooner!

Whats great about this collection is that it is so classy yet everything is under £200 which is great!

Let me know some of your thoughts in the comment box below :)

Festival Fashion Style Idol: Millie Mackintosh

Made in Chelsea is one of my favourite shows and Millie Mackintosh is definitely my favourite character!
I absolutely adore everything she does and love her fashion sense. Recently, the tabloids have been full of her festival exploits and her outfits of choice, I decided to compile a post which includes my favourite festival looks of hers.
*Note* Not all outfits are from 2012*

Making dressing for downpours and mud-soaked fields look like a walk in the park, Millie has nailed festival style.

Key to her look? Non-try-hard pieces like denim shorts and classic Hunter wellies – with a little bit of Chelsea bling in the form of silver studs – and the finishing touch, an amazing statement jacket. What, no cag in a bag? As if!

Here, Millie completely embodies rocker festival chic with a teeny tiny pair of denim shorts, a purple gilet, aviator sunglasses, studded hunter wellies and a trilby hat.

Jubilee Fashion: Millie Mackintosh, Amy Childs, Next and Aspinal

You should be ashamed of yourself if you haven't heard of the Queen's Jubilee celebration. Lots of designers are taking this onboard and interweaving this throughout their designs. Here are some of my favourites:

Millie Mackintosh for St Tropez:

Amy Childs Jubilee Collection: (not a fan, but she goes with the theme)
